If you have linked to this page, it means you have ordered one or more packages from the TSUF web site or you have explored the site enough to find this page. It is obvious that you are interested in freedom related issues and I wanted to tell you about a fantastic opportunity to continue your freedom education.

As you probably know, many freedom minded organizations have been trying to figure out how to gain enhanced freedom especially in the area of monetizing debt. In May 2008, I discovered Freedom Club USA (FCUSA) which has progressed further in discovering workable solutions than any other group I know about. Most people seeking greater freedom need financial relief to pay off mortgages, credit cards, the IRS, vehicles loans, student loans, and/or business loans. If you have any of these kinds of debt you know from the TSUF web site that the alleged "debtor" has stolen from you. FCUSA has discovered how to convert these kinds of debt into cash. Most freedom minded groups try to get relief by fighting the system but FCUSA is different. They work with the existing system to get you the monetary damages you deserve.

The FCUSA web site, www.freedomclubusa.com, has a wealth of free information to aid you in your freedom education. Ninety percent of the information on the FCUSA site is free. The best way to get up to speed on the site is to click on the links on the right side of every page under the "Resources" label. You will notice the links under "Resources" are numbered. If you click on these links in numerical order you will learn the fundamentals about FCUSA in a logical fashion. When you get to step 4, "Club overview", be sure to listen to the entire call as it gives a very good explanation of the club.

In addition to all the printed material on the web site, you can listen to informational calls about FUCSA by clicking on the "Recorded Calls" under the "Resources" section. There are three kinds of calls on Monday through Wednesday nights. The Monday night Intro call is open to anybody and you can get a lot of background information about the club. The Tuesday call is only for members. The Wednesday Prosperity call is also for anybody. All of these calls are archived on the web site so you can listen to previous calls.

At some point, I am confident you will want to become a member of FCUSA. I have found the education I have received as a member to be well worth the cost. There are two primary benefits of being a member. First, members get to listen to the weekly members only conference call and they can access the remaining 10% of the material on the web site. The FCUSA staff uses these calls to educate the members about a lot of freedom related topics not the least of which is how to protect your assets. The second benefit is being able to buy an Administrative Remedy (AR) which is the process that FCUSA uses to turn debt (mortgages, car loans, student loans, credit cards, IRS taxes) into cash.

FCUSA has been researching debt monetization for about 4 years. They have discovered many things that other groups do not seem to know. For example, the UCC 1 documents that many freedom minded individuals have filed are not very helpful but FCUSA has discovered an effective way of filing these forms. Many times in the past 4 years FCUSA has though they had discovered the last piece to the puzzle of monetizing debts only to discover there were pieces that were still alluding them. In the last several months (since 6/08) FCUSA has discovered what appear to be the final pieces to the puzzle. Here is a greatly abbreviated list of the steps that they have uncovered:

Create a perfected judgment on an personal or business debt. A perfected judgment is what gets monetized. Creating the perfected judgment actually involves quite a few steps including a private UCC 1 filing and an administrative process similar to a notarial protest. It takes about 30 calendar days to perfect a judgment once a FCUSA member purchases an AR. FCUSA has many of these perfected judgments waiting to be monetized. FCUSA has known how to perfect the judgments for quite a while. What has taken a long time to figure some the other steps listed below.
The transactions that monetize perfected judgments (for a full AR payout) are done electronically using software provided by the US Treasury. FCUSA has installed security software to protect the interface so the transactions can be processed in a secure environment.
The US has been in bankruptcy since 1933. An person (real or legal fiction) that is in bankruptcy conducts business through a trust. So, FCUSA has set up a trust to receive the funds after the debts have been monetized so our trust can interact with their trust.
FCUSA had to open a bank account for the trust and this bank account is where the funds will land when they are created.
FCUSA had to apply for customized software from the US Treasury. Two forms had to be provided, one for the US Treasury and one for the Federal Reserve Bank (Fed). This software is what will allow FCUSA to create money from perfected judgments. This step was completed by close of business 9/29/08. The treasury has from 7 to 20 days (unclear if calendar days or business days) to deliver the software.
FCUSA has received the software from the US Treasury software. FCUSA is currently working with the families that control the world banking system to gain permission to use the software. Things are going well in gaining their permission.
FCUSA must learn to use the US Treasury software to process transactions. FCUSA will process a few live transactions on single perfected judgments in order to learn to use the software. The funds will land in the FCUSA trust bank account. The funds that arrive in this account have a header indicating the funds are clean (have a known history) and that they are tax free. After this has been accomplished FCUSA will be able to process batches of perfected judgments on an ongoing basis.
In order to receive their AR funds, members will have to set up a US domestic business entity such as an LLC, Corporation Sole or perhaps others. FCUSA will not distribute funds to an personal bank account. FCUSA has several vendors that can help members set these entities up. If the member does not have the money to set up their entity, FCUSA can use some of the AR payout money to directly pay the vendor to set up the entity.
Once the entity has been created, an Employer Identification Number (EIN) number will need to be obtained. Some vendors get these for the member and other's do not. Then the member will need to open a bank account for the entity.
The member will fill out a form on the FCUSA web site that tells FCUSA where the AR funds should be sent.
When FCUSA is ready to distribute an AR payout, they will wire the funds to the member's entity bank account. The money is then available to the member. The member may want to use some of the money to set up additional entities.

FCUSA has what they believe is an interim solution for funding (while they work to get permission to use the US Treasury software). This interim solution will use the same steps described above (except creating the money by using the US Treasury Software) to create the money. FCUSA has not yet announced the amount of money they may be able create using this interim solution or when the interim solution will start to pay out.

FCUSA does not give estimates of when payouts will start but based upon the above information I estimate that FCUSA will begin payouts soon. This is extremely exciting! You can imagine that once the news begins to be spread that payouts have started there will be a huge volume of new ARs purchased. FCUSA may not be able to handle the huge volume and so they will put new ARs in a queue that will be handled on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in purchasing an AR, I suggest you do it before the rush starts.

You are probably interested in how much an AR might payout. The FCUSA web site has a complete description of how to compute an estimate. A quick summary is to multiply the debt amount by 56.

One of the key benefits of being a FCUSA member is learning about asset protection. If purchasing an AR can yield the kind of money that FCUSA describes, it would make sense that we should know how to protect these assets. Information in the members area covers how to protect assets using domestic and off-shore structures. Domestic structures include aggregate corporations, single member corporations, LLCs, trusts and charitable foundations. Off-shore structures include private interest foundations, charitable foundations, international business companies (IBCs) and foreign trusts. Members will also need to know how to contact international banks so they can open off-shore accounts for any off-shore entities that they create. FCUSA does not provide any of these services but they do provide access to subject matter experts who offer these services.
