Honor-Dishonor Package

The goal of the Honor-Dishonor Package is to provide you with a remedy when you have used a bond or a bill of exchange (BOE) to discharge a debt and the "creditor" is not accepting your bond or BOE. Everything in commerce is based upon honor and dishonor. When a disagreement arises, there are only four ways to respond: 1) fully accept the other party's position 2) conditionally accept the other parties position once they meet certain conditions 3) argue with the other party 4) do not respond to the other party's presentments (correspondence). The first two reactions leave you in honor but the last two leave you in dishonor. When you are in dishonor, the chances are very good that you will loose. The material in this package will teach you an administrative procedure (outside of the court system) to resolve the disagreement with between you and the creditor while allowing you to remain in honor. In most cases, the "creditor" will be in dishonor. The package is specifically designed to be used with non-secured debt (e.g. credit card debt) but the concepts can be applied to almost any kind of dispute. The first step is to send the "creditor" a "Notice of Error" in which you ask them to explain why they have not credited your account with the bond or BOE. If they do not resolve the issue at this point, then you will send a Conditional Acceptance with an affidavit in Negative Averment form. In this material you will demand that the creditor validate or prove the debt. This is almost impossible for the creditor to do and in most cases they will not respond. If the "creditor" doesn't respond in a satisfactory way, you get a notary involved. You will prepare all the material for the notary to issue a "Notice of Fault", a "Notice of Default" and finally a "Certificate of Dishonor and Non-response". This allows the notary to become a third party witness to the dishonor of the "creditor". The "Certificate of Dishonor and Non-response" should make it much easier to remove any bad information the creditor has put on your credit report.

The information in this package includes a manual and sample documents. The manual has over twenty chapters. the manual describes all the concepts and guides you through the process of customizing the sample documents to meet your needs. The sample documents include but are not limited to a notice of error letter, conditional acceptance, negative averment affidavit, notice of fault, notice of default, notice of dishonor & non-response, letters to credit reporting agencies and third party debt collectors.

You must gain knowledge in order to gain greater freedom. So, the material in this package is "do it yourself" project. This means you do the work to prepare all the documents. We believe you will gain an understanding of the documents as you prepare them. You need to internalize the information and the implications of each document.  The package contains extensive instructions on how to prepare and process the documents.
