New Web Design

As of early August 2004 we have created a new web design that hope will be more pleasing to the eye and easier to navigate.

The new design has a navigation bar at the top of each page. This nagivation bar will allow us to add a lot of content nested as many levels deep as we find to be necessary.

There is also a navigation bar below the title that will quickly take you to the most frequently accessed pages on the site.

We hope you find this new design intuitive to use.
