Bond Package

Truth Sets Us Free (TSUF) offers a Bond Package for a donation of $250.

The goal of the bond package is to provide you with all of the information you need to issue a bonds to discharge public debts. Bonds have been successfully used to discharge any kind of public debt including but not limited to federal income taxes; state taxes; property taxes; traffic tickets, fines, & citations; discharge mortgage debt; credit card debt; getting property that has been seized by the government.

You must gain knowledge in order to gain greater freedom. So, the material in this package is "do it yourself" project. This means you do the work to prepare all the documents. We believe you will gain an understanding of the documents as you prepare them. You need to internalize the information and the implications of each document.  The package contains extensive instructions on how to prepare and process the documents. The entire package contains over 60 pages. The package includes the following components:

• It contains a copyright for trade-name/trademark of the straw man name (your name in all capital letters). Once you copyright the trade-name/trademark, you own the straw man name. Anyone who This can be used as a defensive move if someone is using your copyrighted material. Anyone who uses your copyrighted material for commercial gain without your permission is violating your copyright and they will owe you a substantial amount of money. The completed copyright is recorded with the country recorder or published in a newspaper.
• You will create and  Power of Attorney (POA) that gives you, the living soul, the authority to make decisions for your straw man (your name in all upper case letters). The completed POA is recorded with the country recorder.
• An affidavit of competency which says you are competent to handle your own affairs. The completed affidavit is recorded with the country recorder.
• An affidavit in support of the bond which describes why you are qualified to issue bonds. The completed affidavit is recorded with the country recorder.
• The packet includes a sample bond that you will customize for each situation in which you need to use a bond.
• Some "creditors" readily accept bonds but others may not be so cooperative. So, the packet includes a discussion on how to deal with "creditor" who don't want to accept the bond.  If the "creditor" does not process your bond, you may want to consider our Honor-Dishonor Package.
