Redemption Package

Truth Sets Us Free (TSUF) offers a Redemption Package for a donation of $250.

The goal of the redemption package is to give you a first position lien against all of the assets owned by the straw man (your name in all upper case letters). There is a principle in commerce that says first in time is first in line. If your lien against the straw man is first, then anyone who wants to enforce a judgment (court action) against the straw man will have to get in line behind you. This should have the affect of making you judgment proof.

The package also takes you the process of establishing a UCC Contract Trust Account with the Secretary of the Treasury. This step is necessary before you can issue a bill of exchange (BOE). A BOE can be used to discharge public debt. The packet teaches you how to issue BOEs. But at this point, we are recommending that people not use BOEs. We are hearing to many stories of people who have had negative experiences to be able to recommend this course of action. However, the choice to use or not use BOEs is left to you. At this point, if you want to discharge debts, we would suggest our consider our Bonds Package.

You must gain knowledge in order to gain greater freedom. So, the material in this package is "do it yourself" project. This means you do the work to prepare all the documents. We believe you will gain an understanding of the documents as you prepare them. You need to internalize the information and the implications of each document.  The package contains extensive instructions on how to prepare and process the documents. The entire package contains over 70 pages. The package includes the following components:

• It contains a copyright for trade-name/trademark of the straw man name. Once you copyright the trade-name/trademark, you own the straw man name. Anyone who This can be used as a defensive move if someone is using your copyrighted material. Anyone who uses your copyrighted material for commercial gain without your permission is violating your copyright and they will owe you a substantial amount of money. The completed copyright is recorded with the country recorder or published in a newspaper.
• You will create and  Power of Attorney (POA) that gives you, the living soul, the authority to make decisions for your straw man (your name in all upper case letters). The completed POA is recorded with the country recorder.
• You will create a Security Agreement (a contract) between you, the living soul, and the straw man that gives you complete rights to everything that the straw man owns or will ever own. There is also a Schedule where you will list the assets that the straw man is granting you control of. This contract will be the basis for filing a legal UCC-1.

• The package will lead you through the process of filling a UCC-1 in your birth state, the state where you reside and any state where you own property. Once the UCC-1 is filed in each state, you, the living soul, with have a first priority lien against the straw man.

• The package guides you through the process of creating a UCC Contract Trust Account with the Secretary of the Treasury.

• The package contains a sample BOE and guilds you through the process of customizing it to discharge your debts.

• Some "creditors" may not accept BOEs. So, the packet includes a discussion on how to deal with "creditor" who don't want to accept your BOE. If the "creditor" does not process your BOE, you may want to consider our Honor-Dishonor Package.
